Job summary

CTBC Bank Co. Ltd. (Singapore) seeks an accomplished corporate banking professional with 8–12 years of relevant experience to originate and develop business in Singapore and regional markets.

You will manage mid-tier to large corporates, perform credit assessments, cashflow projections, and lead cross-sell efforts across product lines while adhering to risk parameters and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong marketing acumen for corporate banking.
• Solid relationship management and client coverage skills.
• Sound credit and financial analysis with cashflow projections.
• Experience in loan structuring, documentation and negotiation.
• Knowledge of syndicated/structured finance and LBO deals is preferred.
• Ability to cross-sell across product lines and within branches.
• KYC/AML process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Originating and developing corporate banking business in line with strategy and risk parameters.

Job description

• To originate, develop and cross-sell business in compliance with the bank’s strategy and within the regulatory and risk parameters.
• To efficiently manage the bank’s existing corporate assets portfolio.
• To focus on businesses which are sound and profitable with consideration being given to the risk aspect of the targeted businesses.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Approximately 8 to12 years of relevant banking experience.
• Prior experience and have good client contacts in the Singapore and the regional markets.
• Handling mid-tier to large corporates.
• Prior experience in syndicated, structured/ project finance and LBO deals is preferred.
• Cross-sell among product business units and inter-branch.
• Experience in the entire credit process from deal acquisition up to conclusion (including documentation).
• Acquiring and evaluating new accounts, structuring credit facilities, performing credit assessment, cashflow projections, sensitivity analysis and loan documentation.
• Experience in KYC/AML process.
