Job summary

INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL BANK OF CHINA LIMITED in Singapore leads marketing and business development for Chinese corporate clients, delivering integrated financial service solutions.

You will coordinate with Head Office, onshore branches and overseas institutions to identify opportunities, oversee due diligence and credit analysis, and prepare professional credit proposals; you will also conduct macro reviews and post-lending monitoring, ensuring compliance and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of banking experience.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese languages.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and business development for Chinese corporate clients, providing integrated financial service solutions.
• Leverage existing customer resources and deepen cooperation with core clients in line with Head Office strategies.
• Coordinate with Head Office, onshore branches, and overseas institutions to conduct joint marketing activities and identify potential business opportunities.
• Lead the team in conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and industry analysis for corporate lending clients, and provide professional recommendations and credit proposals.
• Conduct regular macro and credit reviews, perform post-lending monitoring, and prepare post-lending management reports.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

1. Master degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Working Experience 12 years (or above) of experience in Banking sector.
3. Good command of English and Chinese languages as this role will need frequent communication with China regulatory authorities, Singapore regulatory authorities, clients, internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
4. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
5. Good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments
