Public Service Division is seeking a capable Programme/Project Manager to join the Regulatory Transformation team in Singapore. You will help deliver the next phase of regulatory consolidation, coordinating with regulatory, corporate functions and MOH to ensure a smooth transition and a one-stop health regulatory hub.

The role blends programme management, stakeholder engagement and change management to drive practical improvements, with governance oversight and a focus on sustainable operational

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in programme or project management, transformation, organisational change or process improvement.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and engaging stakeholders with differing priorities.
• Experience in healthcare, regulation or the public sector would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Deliver the next phase of regulatory consolidation with regulatory, corporate and MOH stakeholders.
• Advance the one-stop health regulatory hub by scoping initiatives and translating outcomes into an implementable roadmap.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement through staff communications and training.
• Maintain governance and delivery oversight with secretariat support, progress reports and risk tracking.
