The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore is seeking a Programme Manager to lead the Regulatory Transformation initiative, delivering the next phase of regulatory consolidation and building a one-stop health regulatory hub.

You will collaborate with regulatory, corporate and MOH stakeholders to translate strategy into an actionable roadmap and ensure governance and change management are effective.

Competenze

• Experience in programme or project management, transformation, or organisational change.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and engaging stakeholders.
• Healthcare, regulation, or public sector background is a plus.
• Strong analytical, planning and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.

• Deliver the next phase of regulatory consolidation and drive cross-team coordination.
• Facilitate alignment among regulatory, corporate and MOH stakeholders and translate strategy into an actionable roadmap.
• Provide governance support and prepare progress reports for management.
• Plan staff onboarding, operational stabilisation and post‑implementation reviews to ensure service continuity.
• Support development of performance indicators to monitor transformation outcomes.
