Qualifications

• 10-12 years’ experience in programme management or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation programmes.
• Ability to translate analysis into practical decisions and measurable outcomes.
• Experience engaging senior executives in governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programmes from planning to benefits realisation.
• Establish objectives, governance, milestones and success measures.
• Design target-state processes and operating models with supporting controls.
• Hold workstream owners and delivery partners accountable for milestones.
