Job summary

AIA Singapore is seeking a senior regulatory compliance lead to manage regulatory liaison and advisory functions. You will oversee compliance programs, advise business units on regulatory developments, and work with senior management to embed a robust risk culture across the organization.

The role requires extensive experience in regulatory compliance within financial services, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (or degree equivalent) with emphasis on accountancy, business, insurance or law.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in liaising with regulators.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing compliance advisory to business units and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Conduct gap assessments for new regulations and monitor remediation actions.
• Liaise with regulators and industry bodies to manage inquiries and reporting.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance risk culture and compliance awareness.
