Job summary

Sia Partners Singapore is seeking a Manager - Compliance & Regulations to lead engagements across Banking & Insurance, oversee project teams, and strengthen our Risk & Regulatory Compliance practice in Singapore.

You will apply MAS and global regulatory knowledge to deliver practical risk, compliance, and governance solutions, while managing stakeholders and developing new client opportunities for the firm.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law or related field.
• 6–9 years of relevant experience in a consulting/financial services environment focusing on Risk & Regulatory Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Banking & Financial Services industry, regulatory frameworks (MAS).
• Proven experience leading engagements and managing cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent project, stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial, able to thrive in a fast‑paced consulting setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements across Banking & Financial Services, ensuring delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage project teams, coordinate resources, and deliver quality outputs within timelines and budgets.
• Contribute to client engagements with subject matter expertise and hands‑on delivery.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve client processes through regulatory innovation and digital transformation.
• Coach and develop consultants, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
