Job summary

Sia Partners Singapore invites a Manager - Compliance & Regulations to lead engagements for Banking & Financial Services clients, manage consulting teams and grow the Risk & Regulatory Compliance practice in Singapore.

You will oversee MAS-related regulatory projects, partnering with clients to translate regulations into practical operating models, governance, and processes while maintaining high delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Degree from a reputable university in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law or a related discipline.
• Consulting experience is mandatory.
• 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in consulting, financial institutions or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of Banking & Financial Services, especially Risk, Compliance and Regulatory frameworks.
• Experience leading consulting engagements and managing project teams.
• Experience delivering MAS-related regulatory programmes and global regulatory familiarity.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities.
• Currently based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements across Banking & Financial Services, ensuring delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage project teams and coordinate consultants for quality outcomes within timelines and budgets.
• Contribute to client engagements with subject-matter expertise and hands-on delivery where needed.
• Manage stakeholders and provide practical regulatory recommendations.
• Support engagement planning, resource allocation, governance and risk management.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and methodologies.
