Job summary

AIA Investment Management in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager for Financial Control & Regulatory Reporting to safeguard the integrity of financial and regulatory reporting while driving governance, process improvements and automation initiatives.

You will lead the design and enhancement of the financial control framework, oversee MAS returns and regulatory reporting, and collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit and business stakeholders to manage financial and regulatory risk.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in financial and regulatory reporting, audit, accounting operations, and internal financial controls.
• Strong MAS regulatory knowledge and experience in regulated environments.
• Experience in investment management or financial services desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to interpret regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and enhancement of the financial control framework with governance and risk oversight.
• Oversee regulatory reporting obligations including MAS returns and related processes.
• Serve as liaison with regulators, auditors, and compliance teams; manage audits and issues.
• Drive automation and digitalisation to improve reporting efficiency and scalability.
• Support governance, policy documentation, and month-end close processes.
