The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience, preferably in the financial services industry, and a Bachelor’s degree. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a team-oriented mindset.

Qualificações

• At least 15 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance.
• Experience in financial services industry preferred.
• LOMA and CMFAS certifications are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing compliance advisory and support to business functions.
• Conduct gap assessments on new regulatory developments.
• Identify and monitor adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Oversee investment compliance monitoring activities.
• Liaise with key regulators and industry associations.
