Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Compliance Executive in Bras Basah, Singapore. You will help ensure legal and ethical operations while supporting the Risk and Compliance department in a MAS-licensed financial advisory firm.

The role requires a Diploma or A-Levels, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to stay updated with regulatory developments such as the FA and PDPA. Working hours align with standard business days and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 'A' level or Diploma with experience in the financial advisory industry.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Willingness to stay updated on regulatory developments (e.g. FA, PDPA).

Responsibilities

• Support the Risk and Compliance department.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and assist with regulatory reporting and audits.
• Conduct due diligence on new business relationships and support ongoing due diligence requirements.
