Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Compliance Executive for our Bras Basah Road office. You will support the Risk and Compliance department to ensure the firm operates legally and ethically while meeting business goals.

This role involves regulatory reporting, audits, due diligence on partners, and communicating regulatory changes. Proficiency in Excel is essential; a Diploma or A-level with FA industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 'A' level or Diploma with experience in the financial advisory industry.
• Advantage: compliance qualification or FA/insurance industry experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Risk and Compliance department.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including audits, reporting, and investigations.
• Communicate regulatory changes and support implementation.
• Conduct due diligence on new business relationships and ongoing partner due diligence.
