Job summary

DSV is seeking a Director for WMS Migration to lead the planning and execution of regional transitions from legacy warehouse systems to a strategic WMS landscape across APAC. You will partner with Business, Operations, and CL IT to deliver migration objectives and maintain operational stability.

You will drive governance, manage risks, and ensure adoption of the new platforms while delivering long-term business value across multiple sites and countries.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading large-scale IT, supply chain, logistics or business transformation programmes.
• Strong experience in WMS implementation, migration, or supply chain tech programmes.
• Experience leading regional or global programmes across multiple countries.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Qualifications like PMP, PgMP, Prosci or equivalent recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional WMS migration roadmap planning and delivery across APAC.
• Govern migration standards, governance frameworks, and delivery approaches.
• Direct end-to-end migration initiatives across countries, vendors, and teams.
• Manage programme risks, dependencies, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Drive business readiness and change management for adoption of target WMS.
