Job summary

DSV is seeking a Senior Application and Integration Manager, APAC BCM to lead the team translating business requirements into system solutions for warehouse management processes. The role drives strategic initiatives and aligns with the COO office, delivering continuous enhancements and support across projects.

You will oversee WMS implementations, governance, testing, and handover to IT service management, while coordinating with client IT and DSV teams to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in logistics IT project management
• Leadership experience (3–5 years) in delivery teams
• Strong knowledge of WMS platforms (JDA/BY) and integration tools
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; additional Asian languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead WMS implementations, migrations, and upgrades per enterprise standards
• Support project manager to ensure successful WMS delivery across projects
• Manage issues and priorities to keep multiple projects on track
• Lead the application and integration team to strengthen delivery capability
• Coordinate with client IT and DSV teams for timely, high‑quality outcomes
• Ensure governance, scalability, and quality planning in all activities
• Oversee end‑to‑end testing, defect resolution, and scope control
• Facilitate handover to IT service management for long‑term support
• Apply DSV project methodologies for consistent design and delivery
• Promote best practices in WMS configuration and integration
