Job summary

DSV seeks a Senior Application and Integration Manager, APAC BCM to lead the team translating business requirements into effective system solutions for warehouse management processes. You will drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful delivery within project scope.

With 8–10 years in logistics IT and 3–5 years in leadership, you will coordinate with client IT and internal teams, ensuring governance and quality planning throughout engagements across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in logistics IT project management.
• 3–5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Deep knowledge of WMS platforms, especially JDA/BY.
• Experience with integration tools and enterprise standards.
• Excellent English verbal and written skills; Asian languages a plus.
• Hands-on, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Willingness to travel overseas 4–6 times per year.
• Strong governance and quality planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead WMS implementations, migrations, and upgrades per enterprise standards.
• Assist the project manager to ensure successful WMS delivery.
• Manage issues and prioritisation across multiple projects.
• Lead the application and integration team members.
• Coordinate with client IT and internal teams for timely, high‑quality outcomes.
• Ensure governance, scalability, and quality planning in all activities.
• Oversee end‑to‑end testing, defect resolution, and scope control.
• Facilitate handover to IT service management for long‑term support.
• Apply DSV project methodologies to ensure consistent design and delivery.
• Promote best practices in WMS configuration, integration, and documentation.
