Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks a seasoned Digital Security & Fraud Lead to drive regional initiatives, define security requirements, and strengthen our customers' digital journeys. You will partner with cross-functional teams across IT, Product, Risk, and Operations to protect accounts.

The role requires 7+ years in digital security, fraud prevention, and project management, with strong analytics. You will balance security with customer experience, guide audits, and engage senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 7+ years in consumer banking, digital security, fraud prevention or related fields.
• Experience in digital channel management, gathering business requirements, and managing projects.
• Strong in digital trends and analytical skills.
• Team player able to work with product, operations, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional fraud and security projects as business lead/project manager, defining requirements and creating secure digital journeys.
• Implement best-in-class security measures and balance security with friction in the customer journey.
• Research and analyse fraud cases to identify and prevent future fraud in partnership with multiple departments.
• Identify areas that need increased security procedures or digital capabilities to protect customer accounts.
• Develop preventive measures to reduce fraud and scam losses for customers and DBS.
• Security and risk governance on regional digital channels and services, defining security requirements with cybersecurity team and maintaining risk matrix.
• Support audit and MAS review related to security and risk controls.
• Engage senior management, tech and ops, and product teams and support security and fraud forums.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop holistic, end-to-end digital solutions.
