Job summary

DBS Asia Central's DigiIB team leads the Investment Banking division's regional digital transformation, partnering with business, technology and operations stakeholders to design and deliver initiatives that improve client engagement, strengthen controls, and support franchise growth.

The role focuses on platform development, process transformation, AI adoption and digital innovation across Fixed Income origination, sales and equity markets.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Strategy, COO, Business Management, Product Management, Digital Transformation or similar roles.
• Experience with Sales & Trading or Capital Markets is preferred.
• Good understanding of Fixed Income and Equity workflows is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of the digital transformation roadmap for Investment Banking.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate workflows and improve efficiency.
• Drive business cases and strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Develop and coordinate AI pilot initiatives leveraging DBS GPT and Copilot.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to consolidate client, transaction and relationship data into a unified view.
