Qualifications

• Bachelors level degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital security, fraud prevention or related areas.
• Experience managing digital channel initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional fraud and security initiatives across digital channels.
• Define security requirements and balance protection with customer journey usability.
• Analyze fraud cases and partner with multiple teams to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with product, IT, risk, compliance, and operations to deliver end-to-end digital security solutions.
• Support audits and MAS reviews related to security controls.
• Engage senior management and cross-functional partners to drive secure customer experiences.
