• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required.
• 6+ years of software testing experience with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Experience in regional implementation projects is required.
• Experience across multiple domains preferred.
• Understanding of software development and software quality processes preferred.
• Competent in various integration approaches/methodologies.
• Ability to derive integration test types from a set of integrated functions.
• Strong planning and management skills needed.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical thinking with system-level perspective.
