Job summary

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in testing, strong Agile experience, and a Bachelor's degree in CS or Engineering. Certification in ISTQB/CSTE is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Test Manager or similar leadership role in software automation testing.
• Strong background in testing methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with test management tools and automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their testing application.
• ISTQB/CSTE certification preferred.
• Singapore Citizen due to project sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance and training.
• Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and PMs to align testing with requirements.
• Prioritize defects and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and report updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and internal QA guidelines.
