Job summary

• Singapore Citizen due to project sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance and training.
• Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and PMs to align testing with requirements.
• Prioritize defects and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and report updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and internal QA guidelines.

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee all testing activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet our clients' expectations.

• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and processes to ensure thorough testing coverage.
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled testers, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to align testing efforts with project requirements and timelines.
• Analyze and prioritize defects, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor testing progress, identify risks, and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and internal quality assurance guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is preferred.
• Domain expertise in the relevant industry is a plus.
