Allianz Singapore is seeking a Regional Technology, AI & Resilience Risk Manager to strengthen the Non-Financial Risk Management framework across Asia Pacific. You will oversee technology, cyber, AI and operational risks while guiding regional initiatives and governance.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across local entities, the regional hub and Allianz Group, contributing to risk governance, AI safety and digital transformation efforts. This role reports to the Regional CRO.

Formación

Appropriate university-degree in IT, business administration, data science or relevant field.
5–7 years in technology risk, IT audit, cyber security, AI & data governance, or related risk disciplines.
Excellent English, both written and spoken; regional language skills are a plus.
Experience performing risk assessments, control reviews, audits or governance activities.
Exposure to an international working environment.
Professional risk/IT qualifications are advantageous.
Strong analytical and critical thinking with the ability to challenge constructively.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate complex technology and risk topics into business insight.
Self-motivated, solution-oriented and capable of working independently in a dynamic international environment.
Strong collaboration and influencing across diverse teams and levels.
Curiosity for emerging technologies, AI and digital transformation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.
Solid understanding of technology, cyber security, AI and operational risk concepts.
Familiarity with COBIT, NIST, ISO27001 and related frameworks.
Understanding of AI governance, data governance and emerging technology risks is desirable.
Awareness of regulatory expectations in technology risk, cyber security, outsourcing and resilience.
AI skills such as ChatGPT and Microsoft CoPilot are desirable.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate regional oversight of technology, cyber, AI, and operational risks across Allianz Asia Pacific.
Coordinate digital risk management activities during the NFRM cycle with key stakeholders.
Review and challenge OE risk assessments, control effectiveness, and remediation actions.
Support risk governance frameworks, risk appetite, policies and standards for technology, AI and operational risks.
Provide independent risk oversight on material technology, cyber, AI and transformation initiatives; support PRA methodologies.
Monitor emerging risks, regulatory developments, incidents, and thematic trends; assess implications and remediation.
Support implementation of Allianz's Responsible AI framework and AI governance practices from a risk perspective.
Promote consistency and best-practice sharing across OEs with a holistic regional risk view.
Contribute to strengthening operational and digital resilience and risk culture regionally.
Act as trusted advisor to Risk Management, Information Security, Protection & Resilience, Internal Audit, Compliance, Data Governance and Technology teams.
Lead regional communities of practice and support governance forums with insightful analysis, reporting and presentations.
Contribute to Allianz Group governance, transformation and AI governance initiatives.
