ALLIANZ GLOBAL CORPORATE & SPECIALTY SE SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking a Regional Head of IT, Asia, based in Singapore. You will drive strategic IT initiatives, lead GenAI projects, and oversee IT cost management while collaborating with senior management across the region.

Responsibilities include aligning regional IT strategy with growth plans, managing enterprise-wide AI adoption, and ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Formación

• 7–10 years minimum in IT management, strategic planning and change management.
• Global/regional leadership experience with remote teams (7–10 years).
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery of IT programs including AI initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Align regional IT strategy with growth plans and manage management communications.
• Lead region-wide AI adoption and change management with governance and ethics.
• Oversee IT operations and delivery with Allianz Technology, optimizing delivery models.
