Allianz Singapore is seeking a seasoned P&C Transformation Leader to orchestrate a regional roadmap focused on AI and analytics, spanning retail and commercial lines, underwriting, sales and claims. You will translate business needs into IT platform requirements and drive scalable, cross-market initiatives.

With 10+ years in P&C and AI, you will lead multi-country programs, engage senior stakeholders, and push change management to embed data-driven, future-ready capabilities across APAC

Competenze

• 10+ years with minimum 6 in P&C insurance and AI, with involvement in at least 1 major AI project.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, CS, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in Asia Pacific markets, regional/global roles, with measurable transformation impact.

Mansioni

• Define and drive regional P&C transformation roadmap with focus on AI and analytics across retail and commercial underwriting, sales and claims.
• Identify and define regional AI solutions addressing common P&C needs across operating entities.
• Define business requirements for IT platforms and systems to support transformation initiatives.
• Drive process optimization and standardisation across OEs; identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable and deployable across multiple markets.
• Engage senior stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and secure buy-in.
• Monitor progress and measure business impact with recommendations for value realisation.
• Stay updated on AI/Insurtech trends and assess applicability to APAC operations.
• Support change management to drive AI adoption and new ways of working.
