PwC Singapore is seeking a Manager in Technology Risk Management to lead AI governance and risk assessments. You will collaborate with technology teams and stakeholders to ensure responsible adoption of digital solutions while meeting regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes risk judgement, practical tech awareness, and strong leadership to safeguard AI-enabled initiatives across the firm.

Qualifications

Experience in technology risk management, AI governance, IT risk, information security, regulatory compliance or related fields.
Knowledge of responsible AI principles and governance frameworks.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management and stakeholder skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present complex risk issues clearly.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate Technology Risk Assessments, including scoping, risk identification and remediation recommendations.
Support design and improvement of technology risk processes and controls with focus on AI governance.
Develop policies, standards, guidance materials, and templates for technology risk management.
Assess risks associated with AI, Generative AI, ML and other emerging tech.
Lead or support reviews of AI-enabled solutions, data handling, model limitations, and monitoring.
Create risk reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership forums.
Analyse risk trends and identify opportunities to improve risk practices and efficiency.
Assist in regulatory reviews and firm-wide risk initiatives as required.
