Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the regional risk management team (direct reports + matrix).
• Develop strategy aligned with regional goals and guide teams to targets.
• Manage regional setup and budget compliance within plan.
• Coach and develop staff in a changing environment and promote AGCS standards.
• Conduct independent regional risk oversight and report to senior leadership.
