Job summary

OMD SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Regional Strategy Director to lead communications planning and strategic development for a global brand. The role focuses on crafting innovative, measurable campaigns at the intersection of media, creative, and culture, with responsibility for ensuring continued leadership in strategy delivery.

You will work across local and global teams, manage senior client stakeholders, and drive a digital-first, insights-led approach to media strategy and performance.

Qualifications

• Min 10 years in communications planning or media strategy.
• Strong written & verbal skills; ability to create simple compelling presentations.
• Excellent storytelling skills; charismatic and able to engage the room.
• Confidence in public speaking; able to hold audience attention and articulate rationale.
• Experience with a networked global client is preferred.
• Proficiency with media measurement tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify strategic brand, business or marketing opportunities.
• Lead articulation of insights, strategy, framework, channel plan and measurement.
• Collaborate with partners to translate strategy into bespoke solutions.
• Maintain a digital-first, data-informed approach to measurement and optimization.
• Guide creative and media teams to align behind a single campaign idea.
