Job summary

Omnicom Media Singapore is seeking a Head of Strategy to lead the Strategy team, shaping the overall strategic vision for the agency group across brands and clients. This role partners with the CEO and leadership to ensure strategy is a competitive advantage and translates into actionable plans.

You will guide eight strategists, set standards, evolve strategic products, and drive growth with senior client partnerships, while building a connected strategic culture across the organisation.

• Experience leading and developing large Strategy teams.
• Proven ability to set strategic vision across multiple brands.
• Strong client leadership and relationship management skills.
• Experience with strategy products and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of eight strategists across multiple agency brands.
• Define and drive the group-wide strategic vision and capability standards.
• Partner with agency and client leadership to unlock business impact.
• Own the strategic product roadmap and scale adoption.
• Lead senior strategic direction on pitches and new business.
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients.
