Job summary

Michael Page Singapore is seeking a senior sales leader to drive strategic customer relationships across South Asia, including Singapore. You will lead regional teams, identify growth opportunities in technology and manufacturing sectors, and collaborate with procurement, sourcing, and commercial functions to deliver value-added solutions.

You will monitor market trends, negotiate with stakeholders, and travel regionally to expand cross-border sourcing and supply chain capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience within electronic components, supply chain solutions, technology distribution, sourcing, trading, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success in business development, key account management, and strategic customer engagement.
• Strong understanding of electronic components markets, supply chain processes, and commercial market dynamics.
• Track record of developing opportunities within technology infrastructure, data centre, cloud computing, or enterprise technology environments.
• Proven people management experience with the ability to lead and motivate regional teams.
• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial business environment.
• Willingness to travel regionally as part of customer and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand strategic customer relationships across South Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
• Drive new business acquisition and identify growth opportunities within technology, infrastructure, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
• Engage senior stakeholders across procurement, supply chain, sourcing, and commercial functions to deliver value-added solutions.
• Monitor market trends, supply-demand dynamics, pricing developments, and emerging technologies to uncover commercial opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a regional sales team while establishing performance goals and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to deliver cross-border sourcing and supply chain solutions.
• Represent the business with customers and industry partners through regular travel across the region.
