Qualifications

• Develop and maintain procurement governance frameworks, policies, standards and compliance mechanisms.
• Drive category management, sourcing methodologies, negotiation excellence, and capability development programmes.
• Design supplier relationship management frameworks, supplier performance monitoring, and development initiatives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Quality to maximise procurement value delivery.
• Lead procurement cost improvement programmes, value tracking, and total cost optimisation initiatives.
• Strengthen contract governance, supplier risk management, compliance monitoring, and audit readiness.
• Drive digital procurement transformation through analytics, automation, procurement systems, and data-driven decision making.
