Job summary

stigious pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Leader to develop and execute sourcing strategies for electronics manufacturing. You will manage local and overseas suppliers, drive cost reductions, and negotiate contracts to maximize value.

You will lead demand forecasting, materials planning, and production scheduling, oversee ERP/MRP data integrity, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mentor a team of buyers and planners.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Engineering with 8+ years in electronics SCM.
• Strong cost analysis and supplier benchmarking capabilities.
• Able to lead, multi-task and work across sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with goals, cost targets and quality standards.
• Source, qualify and manage local and overseas suppliers for key components and materials.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and payment terms to achieve cost savings.
• Lead supplier performance evaluations and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate RFQ for NPI and ramp-up, ensure supplier readiness.
• Oversee MRP and ERP data integrity for procurement modules.
• Lead demand forecasting, material planning, and production scheduling.
• Manage cross-functional teams to meet delivery milestones.
• Ensure timely loading of POs to suppliers and optimize inventory levels.
• Drive continual improvements in procurement workflows and automation.
