Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with 15+ years experience, or MS/PhD with 10+ years in chemistry/polymer/cosmetic science.
- Beauty or specialty chemicals R&D/formulation experience preferred.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide regional technical service to Support Lubrizol Beauty & Home & Oral in APAC Southeast Asia.
- Lead technical engagements with key customers, delivering formulation expertise and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain broad application knowledge across Beauty segments (skin care, sun care, makeup, etc.).
- Design, execute, and interpret lab studies and formulation development to meet customer needs.
- Deliver technical presentations and training to customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with regional/global teams to implement technical programs and accelerate projects.
- Monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation.
