Stemgenic Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager for APAC, focusing on Home Care and Personal Care segments. You will drive new business, grow the regional customer base, and manage strategic accounts across multiple APAC markets.

The role combines hunting for opportunities with developing long-term relationships, working with cross-functional teams and country teams to deliver revenue growth and margin targets in a dynamic specialty chemicals environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related science.
• Commercial experience in BD, regional sales, or key account management in Home Care/Personal Care ingredients.
• Knowledge of surfactants, detergent ingredients, oleochemicals, cosmetic ingredients, or cleaning chemistries.
• Track record of winning new business across multiple APAC markets.

Responsibilities

• Regional Business Development: Find, qualify and win new business opportunities across APAC within Home Care and Personal Care segments.
• Home Care & Personal Care Segment Growth: Build the business across application areas including laundry, fabric care, air care, household and industrial cleaning, and personal care formulations.
• Key Account Development: Build and manage relationships with brand owners, formulators and manufacturers, and grow share of business within strategic accounts.
• Market Intelligence & Strategy: Track market trends, competitor activity and customer needs across APAC, translating insights into regional growth plans.
• Technical-Commercial Collaboration: Work with technical, application and product teams to position solutions to customer needs.
• Pipeline & Commercial Management: Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline, forecast accurately, and deliver revenue and margin targets.
• Cross-Market Coordination: Collaborate with country teams, distributors and regional stakeholders for a consistent APAC approach.
