Job summary

Canon Singapore seeks a senior regional professional to lead sales strategy development and business management across Asia-Pacific markets. You will partner with distributors, optimize channel performance, and drive ambitious growth targets through rigorous planning and data-driven insights.

The role requires strong budgeting, market research, and cross-country collaboration, with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills to inform leadership with clear, actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or economics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Planning, Sales Planning, or Regional Business Management.
• Experience working with multiple countries/markets within Asia Pacific is highly preferred.
• Experience in regional headquarters (RHQ) or regional coordination roles is an added advantage.
• Experience in B2B business and distribution channel management is preferred.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to convert market insights into actionable business strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration across multiple countries.
• Strong business planning and budgeting capabilities.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a fast-paced regional environment.
• Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales and growth strategies for assigned markets, sales subsidiaries, and channel business partners.
• Lead annual planning and budgeting processes for assigned markets and coordinate budget alignment.
• Monitor budget utilization and marketing investment effectiveness.
• Consolidate and analyze sales, marketing, and business performance data from multiple countries.
• Prepare management reports, business reviews, and presentations for regional leadership and headquarters.
• Coordinate regional meetings and strategic discussions.
• Provide recommendations for product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with local sales and marketing teams to ensure effective execution of regional initiatives.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of forecasts, sales performance, and market updates.
