Canon Singapore, the regional HQ for South and Southeast Asia, seeks a Regional Sales and Marketing Executive to drive growth across markets. You will shape regional sales and marketing strategies, collaborate with country teams and distributors, and deliver performance insights to support profitability.

We value five-plus years in marketing, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to work across multiple Asia-Pacific markets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Planning, Sales Planning, or Regional Business Management.
• Experience with multiple Asia Pacific markets; RHQ or regional coordination is advantageous.
• Experience in B2B and distribution channel management preferred.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen to turn market insights into strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple countries in a fast-paced regional environment.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement regional sales and growth strategies for assigned markets, subsidiaries and partners.
• Work with ASOs and distributors to identify growth opportunities and set achievable targets.
• Monitor sales performance and provide recommendations to improve results.
• Share best practices and successful models across countries to accelerate regional growth.
• Develop regional marketing strategies and programs aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate budgeting, planning, forecasting and performance reviews.
• Consolidate and analyze regional sales, marketing, and business performance data.
