Job summary

Canon Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Executive Director to lead regional growth across South and Southeast Asia from Alexandra Technopark, Singapore.

The role requires strategic oversight, stakeholder engagement with head office in Japan, and leadership of cross-functional teams. You will drive market research, partner development, and project execution within budget and timelines while shaping long-term business objectives and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 25 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, enterprise sales.
• Minimum 20 years of product business management and market expansion.
• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of regional market dynamics and industry trends.
• Excellent strategic planning and project management capabilities.
• Fluent English and Japanese for liaising with head office in Japan.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional market research, competitive analysis, and growth opportunities.
• Develop and drive market expansion strategies aligned with Canon objectives.
• Evaluate partnerships, investments, and market entry initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
