Job summary

Samsung Electronics in Singapore is seeking a Regional Sales Operations Manager to join the Business Strategy and Operation team. You will support planning, sales performance management, and data-driven decision making across the business while building dashboards, automating reporting, and applying AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, SCM, Finance, and HQ to translate insights into actions, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements in reporting processes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
7+ years in Sales Operations, Planning, Analytics, BI, or related roles.
Strong data-to-insight ability and KPI ownership.
Experience building dashboards with Power BI/Tableau and Excel.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports.
Consolidate and analyse data from multiple sources for accuracy.
Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights.
Analyse sales trends and channel performance for growth and risk.
Support planning, forecasting, and business reviews with data-driven analysis.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, SCM, Finance, and HQ teams.
Automate recurring reports and apply AI to improve productivity.
Improve reporting processes and data quality across operations.
