Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales/Marketing Manager to drive growth for our security, electronics and IT solutions.

You will develop strategic plans, build client relationships, and identify new business opportunities while coordinating with regional teams to ensure successful delivery. The role requires a diploma or degree in business, marketing, IT or electronics, and at least five years of sales or marketing experience in security or related tech

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Electronics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in security, electronics, IT, or technology industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their requirements and proposing customised solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the security, IT, and electronics sectors.
• Prepare sales and marketing materials to support business development activities.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management.
• Represent the company at overseas business meetings, product presentations, and trade exhibitions.
• Work closely with internal and regional teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions to clients.

Education
