Adecco Group is partnering with a Global Leader in Industrial UPS Systems to drive strategic account growth across regional markets. The role focuses on developing and maintaining key accounts in industrial power solutions, while leading the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.

Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years of sales experience in UPS/industrial power systems and a degree in engineering or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic accounts for Industrial Power & UPS systems across regional markets.
• Execute account strategies aligned with customer business goals to drive partnerships and regional expansion.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and RFQ to contract negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver tailored energy-efficient solutions.
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth areas.
