überGARD is seeking a proactive Regional Sales Manager to drive growth for iKLAS EKMS across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. You will build strong relationships with end-customers, resellers, distributors, and system integrators to expand market presence.

Based in Singapore, you will lead GTM strategies, manage key accounts including government agencies and multinational clients, and collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful deliveries.

Formación

• 2-5 years regional sales experience in security tech or ICT.
• Experience with SI, distributors, VARs.
• Proven track record meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel frequently.
• Market knowledge in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Dubai preferred.
• Prior experience in the security systems industry advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue growth for iKLAS EKMS across assigned countries.
• Build and manage relationships with end-customers, resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
• Lead solutions presentations, product demos, and tender support for business opportunities.
• Develop and execute GTM strategies for assigned industry segments.
• Grow and manage key accounts including multinational clients, government agencies, and large enterprises.
• Provide market insights on competitors, pricing, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Technical, Marketing, and Operations teams for project delivery.
• Represent überGARD at trade shows, exhibitions, and partner events.
