Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an International Sales Engineer based in Singapore, offering 100% remote work and travel up to 50% to support customers globally. You will work with Sales, Marketing and BD teams to tailor solutions, deliver demonstrations, and support field deployments.

Ideal candidate has 2+ years in pre-/post-sales technical support, RF instrument proficiency, and comfort with Linux and TCP/IP networking.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or related field with 2+ years in pre-/post-sales technical support.
Proficiency with RF instruments such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
Basic English reading/writing proficiency required.
Must be based in Singapore.
Willingness to travel to potential conflict areas in support of radios.
Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including system planning and training.
Prepare and conduct product demonstrations for customer visits and evaluations.
Visit customer sites to provide technical support and conduct training.
Troubleshoot field failures and analyze abnormalities; feedback to development team.
Participate in resource allocation and hardware maintenance for sales activities.
Travel up to 50% for meetings, events and demonstrations.
