Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an International Field Service Representative to act as a senior technical advisor for wireless systems. You will work with customers to assess needs, deliver customized solutions, and lead demonstrations and field trials across multiple markets.

The role requires on-site and remote support, with extensive travel and collaboration with Engineering, Sales, and Product teams. Based in Singapore, you will engage with DoD/military environments, apply Linux and C/C++

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary education is required; a technical degree is preferred.
• Experience supporting DoD/military or law enforcement environments is valued.
• Strong TCP/IP, RF knowledge, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical subject matter expert for wireless systems and advise customers.
• Design and deliver demonstrations, modifying configurations for operational challenges.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Product teams to influence design and troubleshooting.
• Perform on-site and remote field diagnostics, network configuration, and optimization.
• Travel up to 75% to customer locations and field deployments.
