- Proven track record in sales leadership and delivering growth across multiple countries.
- Experience leading sales teams across cultures and countries.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute regional PCMM sales strategy across ASEAN & Pacific.
- Lead, coach and develop regional Sales organization.
- Drive revenue growth, order intake and market expansion.
- Coordinate Sales and Sales Application resources for complex opportunities.
- Engage senior stakeholders to support business development and closure.
