HEXAGON METROLOGY ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced post-sales support professional responsible for repair services, technical support, and field service activities across the region. You will help develop annual operational plans and drive improvements to products, processes and procedures.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to define requirements, manage service projects, and ensure compliance with contracts and frameworks while addressing diverse customer needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in Services.
• Minimum 5 years in Technical Support.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead small teams and coordinate multiple projects.
• Analytical and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Owns the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues across levels 1–3.
• Provides Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 technical support.
• Collaborates with senior stakeholders to define requirements and present findings.
• Manages standard service and project processes and updates policies.
• Supports a diverse customer base within defined contracts and frameworks.
