Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. is seeking a sales-focused engineer to drive growth across Singapore and regional markets. The role includes developing new markets, building strong customer relationships, and delivering technical demonstrations and pre/post-sales support.

You will prepare technical proposals and quotations, collaborate with distributors, and participate in exhibitions and visits. Travel to regional markets should be anticipated.

Qualifications

• Strong technical, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in engineering sales, applications, or a related technical role.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Optical Engineering, Physics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, business development, and profitability for assigned products across Singapore and regional markets.
• Develop new markets and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
• Provide technical consultation, product demonstrations, application testing, and pre/post-sales support.
• Prepare technical presentations, proposals, and quotations based on customer requirements.
• Work closely with distributors on sales performance, joint customer visits, and product training.
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, customer visits, and other marketing activities.
• Collaborate with HQ and internal teams on forecasting, pricing, CRM, and regional business planning.
