Job summary

Terumo Asia Pacific is seeking a skilled Regional S&OP Planner to lead the 18-month demand planning and replenishment forecasting for assigned product groups. You will collaborate with regional and global teams, analyze data, and drive inventory optimization to meet service and financial targets.

The role requires strong S&OP/IBP expertise, forecasting skills, and the ability to work across Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, logistics management or equivalent.
• Experience in regional S&OP/IBP cadences.
• Understanding of forecasting and financial implications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage rolling 18-month demand plans and replenishment forecasts.
• Coordinate with Global/Regional Supply Chain, Suppliers, Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Develop forecasting models and analyze demand drivers to improve accuracy.
• Manage inventory optimization and KPI reporting for the region.
• Support cross-functional initiatives to improve planning processes.
