Job summary

Terumo Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced S&OP Planner to lead monthly demand and supply planning for assigned product groups. You will bridge operational and financial plans, drive inventory optimization, and monitor key metrics to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.

The role requires 8+ years in regional S&OP/IBP with SAP proficiency, strong stakeholder partnership, and a results-oriented approach within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (SCM, logistics, business admin).
• Minimum 8 years of regional supply chain planning and S&OP/IBP in an MNC setting (healthcare preferred).
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP proficiency essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the S&OP/IBP cadence across portfolios, demand and supply review cycles.
• Bridge operational and financial plans; perform gap analyses and risk mitigation.
• Optimize regional inventory; manage DOS targets and obsolescence risk.
• Monitor and drive metrics: forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns.
• Maintain forecasting and inventory data in SAP IBP and S/4HANA to ensure supply chain resilience.
