The role can be based in Kuala Lumpur or Singapore and involves shaping growth, optimizing inventory, and delivering profitable results. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to execute market growth strategies, drive store expansions, and build a high-performing retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of progressive retail leadership experience including multi-store, district, or national responsibility.
• Proven track record delivering sustainable sales, profit and KPI improvements.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L, inventory and portfolio optimization.

Responsabilités

• Lead Singapore and Malaysia Retail Strategy and long-term growth.
• Own P&L and drive profitability, productivity and key KPIs.
• Drive best-in-class consumer experiences and store standards across locations.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations.
• Oversee merchandise, inventory strategies, allocation and product availability.
• Lead in-store marketing, promotions, and brand activation initiatives.
• Identify and execute store openings, relocations, remodels, and portfolio optimization.
• Develop and coach retail talent across stores and support functions.
• Ensure governance, compliance and risk management across retail operations.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field
