Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Director, Strategic Projects, APAC to partner with the SVP & GM APAC and lead high-impact initiatives that accelerate growth and transformation across the region.

You will influence senior leaders, manage cross-functional programs, and build governance and dashboards to track progress while ensuring decisive action and accountability in a fast-paced, diverse market. You'll partner with country GMs and global stakeholders, drive execution, and champion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Science, Strategy, or related field.
• 10–15 years progressive experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, business transformation, commercial leadership, or strategic project management.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives with enterprise‑wide impact.
• Experience supporting senior executives and partnering with leadership teams on strategic priorities and business planning.
• Exceptional project and change management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation and execution of strategic opportunities including business buy-backs, new partnerships, distributor transitions, and market expansion initiatives.
• Drive execution through influence across a complex matrix organization and monitor progress of strategic priorities and key business initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and governance processes to provide visibility on execution.
• Support regional business planning and strategic priority setting.
• Serve as a trusted thought partner to the APAC GM, bringing enterprise perspective, structured thinking, and challenge to key business decisions.
• Facilitate alignment across regional leadership teams on key initiatives and decisions.
• Coordinate strategic discussions, executive reviews, and leadership offsites ensuring focus on the highest‑impact business issues and decisions.
• Ensure follow‑through and accountability on key actions and organizational priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, simplify processes, and enhance decision‑making.
• Champion continuous improvement and transformation across functions and markets, embedding scalable solutions and stronger operating disciplines across APAC.
