Clarist Resources Pte Ltd, a leading international lifestyle brand, seeks a General Manager, SEA to drive its Southeast Asia retail business from Singapore. You will lead sales, profitability, and brand standards while managing multi-store operations, people development, and stakeholder alignment.

The role requires 8+ years in senior retail leadership, strong P&L and budgeting skills, and a track record in market expansion.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of senior retail management at country level.
• Proven track record in leading multi-store operations and driving growth.
• Strong P&L, budgeting and cost-control skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and talent development.
• Experience in market expansion and store openings is a plus.
• Analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Customer-focused and commercially driven in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute SEA country retail strategies to hit sales and profitability targets.
• Oversee multi-store operations, monitor sales and KPIs.
• Lead and develop retail management teams to strengthen leadership capabilities.
• Manage budgets, P&L, operating costs, and resource allocation.
• Drive talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and engagement.
• Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, HR, Finance and Property teams to execute retail initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
• Ensure consistent brand standards, customer experience, and loss prevention across stores.
• Lead new market entry and store openings, including site selection and readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement in retail processes, workforce productivity, and cost efficiency.
